Playlist Raid (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates an online music submission and curation platform connecting independent artists with playlist curators and Guilds. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Credits are the digital currency used to pitch tracks and access platform features. Credit purchases are processed securely via Stripe. Credits have no cash value outside of Playlist Raid and cannot be transferred between user accounts. Unused credits remain in your balance until spent.
Curators and Guilds must review submissions within the designated response window. Credits spent on a pitch compensate the curator for their professional listening time and constructive written feedback. Playlist placement is always 100% voluntary, free, and based solely on the curator's editorial discretion — placement is never purchased or guaranteed. If a curator or Guild fails to review a pitch within the designated response window, 100% of the credits spent are automatically refunded to the artist's account.
Artists must accurately disclose whether submitted tracks contain AI-generated elements. Submitting undisclosed AI music to curators or Guilds that restrict AI-generated content is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination and credit forfeiture.
Playlist Raid operates in strict compliance with Spotify's Terms of Service, Platform Rules, and FTC endorsement guidelines prohibiting payola and paid playlist manipulation. Selling playlist additions, guaranteeing stream counts, using bot streams, or operating artificial listening farms is strictly prohibited. Curators are compensated solely for their professional evaluation and feedback, not for placement. Any curator or user found attempting to sell or buy guaranteed playlist placements will be permanently banned and subject to payout forfeiture.
Playlist Raid provides tools for music discovery and feedback. We do not guarantee chart placement, stream counts, or external commercial success. All services are provided “as is”.
