- Platform communications (direct messages, community forum posts, live chat)
2. How We Use Information
We use your data to operate, maintain, and enhance the Playlist Raid experience, including:
- Facilitating pitches between artists, curators, and Guilds
- Processing credit transactions and curator payouts via Stripe Connect
- Verifying playlist follower metrics and playlist ownership
- Preventing spam, abuse, and fraudulent activity (including automated spam moderation)
- Delivering transactional notifications and email updates
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with trusted third-party service providers solely to operate platform infrastructure:
- Supabase: Database hosting, user authentication, and file storage
- Stripe: Payment processing and curator payouts
- Spotify Web API: Verifying playlist follower counts and track metadata
- Resend: Transactional email delivery
